Anytime Bars

You can take these bars anywhere and eat them anytime. Good motivation to get to the top!

• 3 cups large flake oats (GF)
• 1 cup brown rice flour
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/4 cup raisins or dried blueberries
• 1/4 cup chopped dates
• 1/2 cup craisins
• 2 Tbsp ground flaxseeds
• 2 Tbsp ground chia seeds
• 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
• 3 egg whites
• 3/4 cup honey
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

1. Mix all the dry stuff including the seeds and dried fruit
2. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites, honey, butter and vanilla.
3. Add the wet to the dry and stir until totally combined
4. Press into a big rectangular pan - 9X11
5. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned and firm to the touch. 350F
6. Cool completely then cut into bars
7. Bring on a cool adventure somewhere!
