Nimby Nuggets

Riding up the whole Nimby climb sure makes you hungry! 

1 cup flaxseeds, ground
1/3 cup sesame seeds, ground
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, chopped
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup cacao nibs or goji berries
1/2 cup coconut, shredded
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup raw cacao powder
cinnamon to taste

Mix seeds, raw cacao powder, cacao nibs, coconut and cinnamon together. Stir in honey until thoroughly mixed and roll into tight balls - about 12. Place on a tray in the freezer and enjoy anytime!
