Spend 3 nights at the cozy lodge, plus 2 and a half days on your bike learning new skills while riding epic alpine trails. Enjoy some more of the area on foot as we take a short afternoon hike to a nearby lake for a swim, a canoe, and a chill'axing good time.

Every day offers new skills and new trails. After a fantastic day full of activity, we’ll kick back on the patio with a cool beverage and enjoy the company of new friends and amazing views. All the while, dinner is being prepared for you!

The riding terrain is intermediate with some advanced rocky bluffs to climb and a rolling technical singletrack descent. Low intermediate to advanced riders will love the terrain, with the option to pick and choose how far they want to pedal with different group options. Rides will be up to 25kms in length with lots of stopping to enjoy the views, learn some sweet new skills and have lunch at one of the beautiful alpine lakes. Our first day at Sol offers an after-ride option to hike to a nearby lake for a relaxing canoe.

THE RIDING for Low Intermediates:IMG 5621

Beginners joining the camp will enjoy learning a whole bunch of fundamental skills in a very beautiful setting. The camp is suitable for a strong beginner with some technical experience. Past beginner riders have been able to get to Sol Lake and partway to Caribou Pass. We’ll spend a lot of time on skills on the beginner friendly trails near the Lodge. Riding to the Lake on day 2 will involve some pushing the bike over technical sections but it’s totally worth it! Day 3 will be another skills day to solidify everything you've learnt. Groups will be split up according to riding levels and desires.

THE RIDING for Intermediates / Advanced:

Intermediate and advanced riders joining us will be stoked with all the fun learning DSC04517 copy 2opportunities in the area. Day 1 we'll work on skills like cornering and getting your wheels in the air on small jumps and drops along the trails. Day 2 we'll work on technical climbing as we ride towards Caribou pass and a dip in the lake followed by a rewarding descent working on all the fun new moves you learnt on the first day. Want to get lots of riding in? No problem, there is always the Infinity Trail to take us further to earn that extra desert! Day 3 there's options of repeating some of the favourite trails or working on more skills. Don't worry, if you're not into jumping we have a group for you!

The Sweet Skills camp at Sol Mountain was an amazing experience. The coachs were so supportive and truly engaged with all of the riders. They created an environment where riders of all levels could be challenged and find success. My riding has improved significantly and the experiences and friends I have made will last forever. Thanks for a great trip! Steph
