Join Sweet Skills coaches for two sessions at two different locations where you’ll learn all the fundamental skills to help you become the mountain biker you want to be!  We take the time to dial in the basics to have you feeling comfortable and confident tackling beginner terrain.

Our first session on day 1 will be at the Crawford trails in the Myra-Bellevue Park.  This is a perfect spot for beginners to develop the foundational skills needed to navigate entry level single track trails.  Day 2 will be at the Smith Creek Trails in West Kelowna where we’ll expand on what we learned on day 1 and explore the different terrain of this zone!

We start every beginner clinic with learning about our bike set up and how to do a safety check. We want to set you up for success right off the bat! From there we’ll get into all the fundamentals of body position, gearing, basic cornering, braking skills, how to adjust your body positioning for different pitches, and rolling over small obstacles.

We’ll help you get set up for a summer of success with some nice new habits!

This clinic takes place over 2 Days: Saturday 9am-12pm at Crawford Trails and Sunday 1-4pm at Smith Creek Trails.
