Plus\, you’ll have the opportunity to discover new trails\, meet fellow riders\, share laughs and high fives\, and expand your riding partners. And after the final class\, we’ll celebrate for some après-ride fun and prizes! \nThis IntAdvanced series is tailored for strong intermediate riders and above who are comfortable on Whistler’s blue trails and some easy blacks. We’ll focus on honing skills and boosting confidence to tackle more challenging features and black lines. Keep your wheels turning and your stoke high as you pedal and practice weekly with our Sweet Skills all female coaching team!  Learn tons of new skills on the trail that will help you get to the next level of riding. Meet new riding buddies and have tons of laughs and cheers in the forest. These progression series are the best! \nGet over some hurdles you may have with your riding such as switchback corners\, wheel lifts\, steeper descents\, picking lines\, staying relaxed\, and braking in control. These 3 hour sessions give us plenty of time to review skills\, test those skills out on the trails and explore new zones to expand your trail riding network! After the last class of the series come join us at RMU Blackcomb for an après! \nThis intermediate series is great for a rider who is confident on 90% of the Lost Lake singletrack and is looking to explore more challenging trails outside of Lost Lake (first session will be in Lost Lake to work on rock rolling skills). DESCRIPTION:Join Sweet Skills for 2 full days of learning tech and flow skills in 2 awesome Kelowna locations! \nDay 1 will start at the Smith Creek trails which flow along the mountain side with lots of opportunities to work on cornering\, climbing\, and fun features along the trails. \nDay 2 will see us on the other side of the lake at the Crawford trails which offer tons of opportunities for learning on the fun and technical trails high above Okanagan Lake. Rock slabs\, loose descents\, switchback climbs\, uphill tech moves\, and roll downs are just some of the moves you’ll conquer with us on this day. \nStart both morning sessions with skill drills\, such as: body position\, cornering\, braking without skidding\, rolling drops\, pedalling wheel lifts\, and how to manage small airs is an option. After we’ve dialed in some good habits we’ll take it to the trails and put those new skills to the test. Lots of time to practice on the trails\, have a snack\, learn about your bike and have an awesome day!
