The riding terrain is intermediate with lots some technical rocky climbs, some advanced rocky bluffs and lots of rolling technical singletrack descents. Low intermediate to advanced riders will love the terrain, with the option to pick and choose how far they want to pedal with different group options. Rides will be up to 25kms in length with lots of stopping to enjoy the views, learn some sweet new skills and have lunch at one of the beautiful alpine lakes. Our first day at Sol offers an after-ride option to hike to a nearby lake for a relaxing swim or canoe.

The Sweet Skills camp at Sol Mountain was an amazing experience. The coachs were so supportive and truly engaged with all of the riders. They created an environment where riders of all levels could be challenged and find success. My riding has improved significantly and the experiences and friends I have made will last forever. Thanks for a great trip! Steph
