Yum Yum Granola

Easy granola you can't live without!

Gotta have granola on hand or should I say IN my hands for hot cereal, pancake and smoothy toppings or just plain shoving in my face! So good and easy and totally addictive... Secret weapon kitchen tool for this job is the TFal ActiFry. Less than 15 mins of cooking - bam!

1/2 cup Coconut Oil
1/2 cup Honey
2 cups Oats
1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup Quinoa flakes
1/2 cup Walnuts - chopped
1/2 cup Almonds - chopped
1/2 cup Cashews
1/2 cup Coconut flakes
1/4 cup Hemp hearts
1/4 cup Flax seeds
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp good quality salt
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup raisins

Put the solid coconut oil in the Actifry for a minute or so just to melt then add the honey and whirl around another minute. Mix all the dry stuff together (except the dried fruit) and add to the Actifry. Put timer on for 10 minutes then scrape the sides down and put on for another 2 -4 minutes (till slightly browned). Add the dried fruit and let it mix in for just 30 sec - 1 minute so you don't burn the fruit. Spread it out on a baking pan to cool off. YUM!😋
So you don't have an Actifry...🙄 you can still make this the usual way in the oven - just need to stir it up every 15 minutes at 350 until it's done.
