Cherry Bombs

With a twist of almond, these cherry bombs are gonna make your taste buds explode!

  • These little bombs only take 10 minutes to make and so worth it!

    1/2 cup raw almonds
    1/4 cup raw cashews
    12 medjool dates (if super firm then soak in hot water and drain first)
    1/4 cup dried cherries (buy organic, they are so much better!)
    1/4 cup raisins
    1 Tbsp shredded coconut (unsweetened)
    2 Tbsp chia seeds
    1/2 tsp almond essence

    Start with the almonds and cashews in the cuisinart and pulse till roughly chopped.
    Add the dates and blend again till mostly all mashed up.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until all of it is all mixed up really well.
    Form into small balls and firm them up in the fridge or just put them straight into the freezer on a tray.

    Stick some in your pocket for your next adventure, you never know when a cherry bomb is going to come in handy!
