⅔ cup almonds
2 tablespoons peanut or almond butter
1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder or collagen powder
1 tablespoon coconut flour
3 tablespoons melted cacao butter or coconut oil
1 tablespoon honey
Unsweetened coconut and ground gogi berries to roll in

– Just throw the ingredients into your food processor and whizz it up. If it seems way to wet and sticky then add some coconut. Roll into whatever size balls you want and roll in the coconut and ground gogis.

Keep in the fridge or freezer. Easy!
