2 Tbsp Ground Flaxseeds
4 Tbsp Water
Mix the above and let sit in a bowl while you get everything else ready. OR if you’re into eggs just crack 1 egg in the bowl instead.

1 1/4 cup Large flaked oats (GF for me!)
1/2 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup each of chopped walnuts, almonds, pecans
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
4 Dates – chopped up
1 Banana, sliced up or mashed in
1 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp apple peel powder (optional of course, I add this in since it’s good for the joints)

2.5 cups of liquid, can be a combination of half coconut milk or almond milk, apple sauce or pasturized juice.
Mix all the dry stuff together then add in the wet stuff along with the flax mixture (or egg). Grease up a 8×8 pan with coconut oil or line with parchment paper. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes till slightly browned on top and set.
Top off with berries, yogurt and dig in!
