1 cup sunflower seeds, toasted
1 cup sesame seeds, toasted
1 cup rolled oats (if needing gluten free, you need to buy GF free ones at Whole Foods)
1 cup raisins
1 cup dried cranberries
½ cup cocoa powder
2 Tbs Chia Seeds
2 Tbs Hemp Hearts
2 Tbs Coconut
2 cups peanut butter
½ cup honey or maple syrup
1 ½ cups toasted coconut (for coating)
– Put everything except coconut in a large bowl
– Mix all ingredients together well with your hands. Add more honey if you need it to stick together better. It should be fairly sticky. Or add more coconut or chia seeds if it’s way too sticky.
– Roll ¼ cup scoops into balls and then roll in the coconut
– Wrap ’em up individually and store in the freezer till they’re gone, or fridge for 1 week
You can pretty much substitute anything, go nuts!
