2/3 cup cashews
1/2 cup Seedless/Pitted whole Dates
6 tbsp dark chocolate
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup shredded coconut
Place everything in a food processor and grind away until it forms into a ball.
Flatten out with your hands in a parchment lined 8×8″ pan. Put it in the freezer to set for a bit. Pop them out onto a cutting board, cut in 1/2 and place the halves on top of each other. Press firmly and then cut into squares to your desired size. Wrap individually and store in freezer till you want them.
