1/2 Cup raw unsalted cashews
12 Medjool dates
2 Tbsp Cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp Pure maple syrup
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 Cup Chocolate or Carob Chips
1/4 Cup Shredded unsweetened coconut
1/4 Cup Chopped walnuts
• In a food processor: add the cashews and process until fine crumbs. Don’t overprocess them.
• Add the pitted dates and process until chunky
• Add in the rest of the ingredients minus the walnuts and process until a dough ball forms
• If dough is too dry add a bit more maple syrup
• Form into balls and roll around in some coconut to make them look even yummier!
