Spread em with some almond butter or avocado for a healthy treat or use them for dipping. Make them spicy or make them sweet!

1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup flax seeds (or sub sunflower seeds)
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 clove garlic (unless you’re adding cinnamon)
1 cup warm water
seasoning.. you choose: cinnamon or cumin/paprika or garam masala…

Mix all the seeds together then pour over the warm water and mix well. Let sit for 5 minutes to let it thicken. If it’s too thick to spread add a little more water.

Spread mixture on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Flatten out with a spatula so it’s about 1/4 thick.

Bake 30 minutes at 325degrees. Remove and cut crackers into your desired pieces then bake again on the other side for another 25 minutes. Cool in the pan then store them once they’re totally cooled in an airtight container.
