Looking to gain some more knowledge about your bike and fix some basic problems like a flat tire? Tired of asking for help whenever something goes wrong?

Learn so much more than you thought possible and walk away feeling more confident – and handy! In this intro to basic bike mechanics with Sylvie, we’ll go over what the different parts of your bike are, what are the really important bits to take care of, what to bring on a ride, how to fix small repairs, practicing hands-on with flat tire changes, and how to use tire plugs for tubeless set ups.

We also offer a Bike Tech 102  where we’ll take a deeper dive into setting up suspension, tuning gears and other trouble shooting.

Bring your bike with you for these hands-on sessions. Any level of rider is welcome. Zero knowledge necessary 😉
