Dry Stuff:
2 cups ​​ Rolled oats, regular kind
¼ cup​​ Quinoa grain
¼ cup​​ Buckwheat groats or millet
1 cup​​ Raw almonds, roughly chopped
½ cup​ ​Raw walnuts, roughly chopped
½ cup​​ Raw sunflower seeds
½ cup​​ Raw sesame seeds
2 Tbsp​​ Ground flax or Chia seeds or both
2 Tbsp​​ Coconut flakes
1 tsp​​ Cinnamon
Pinch​​ Nutmeg
¾ tsp​​ Kosher or sea salt
• Mix together in a BIG bowl

Wet Stuff:
3 Tbsp ​​ Honey
2 Tbsp​​ Brown Rice Syrup
1 Tbsp​​ Coconut oil
2 Tbsp​​ Applesauce (or blended pineapple)
2 Tbsp​​ Peanut butter
1/3 cup​​ Brown sugar

• Put wet ingredients in medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir well. Bring to a boil and then simmer on low for 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently
• Add the wet mix while it’s still warm, to the dry. Stir well.. you might have to use your hands!
• Spread out onto a pan lined with parchment paper or non stick mat and bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 300 degrees. Stir every 15 minutes
• Cool on pan for 20 minutes
• Once out of the oven add some dried fruit: 1/3 cup of 3 different kinds: raisins, cranberries, goji berries, dried cherries or strawberries or chopped apricots
• Keep in airtight container once it’s totally cooled down or in the freezer if you haven’t eaten it within a month
