I pack ziplocks of this awesome breakfast cereal when I travel and eat it at home on a regular basis. Add some protein powder to it and you’ll survive for a good few hours 😉

I basically put all of this in a 3kg honey bucket, you can adjust the quantities but mind as well go big!

1 cup Oats (gf if needed)
1 cup Quinoa flakes
1 cup Hemp hearts
1 cup Ground chia seeds
1 cup Ground flax seeds
1 cup Coconut flakes (unsweetened)
1 cup Pumpkin seeds
1 cup Goji Berries
1 cup Chopped almonds
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon powder

Put however much you think you need to eat in a bowl (1/3 – 3/4 cup) and add 2 TBSP of protein powder (use my Inca Power protein powder!). Add hot water – just enough to make it slightly soopy, and let it sit a couple minutes. Add maple syrup, berries or fresh fruit, and granola (check out my granola recipe) and off you go to an awesome breakfast that will last you a few hours. Another good reason to make this… way cheaper than buying something similar in the store (that has way less ingredients) and so easy!
