Pow Balls. ❄️ At least you can count on these. Dreaming of the pow days come and gone. Snack it up and pack them on your next adventure or (sadly) indoor workout.
Best to use a cuisinart to chop and smash it all up, here’s the recipe!
1 cup soaked and drained dates
1 cup soaked and drained apricots
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
a few shakes of cinnamon and ginger and a blob of vanilla
coconut for the outside
❆ Grind up the cashews till fine / small chunks but not butter.
❆ Remove then grind up the soaked fruit.
❆ Add the oats and grind some more, then add everything else till it’s in a big sticky ball. You might have to stir it up manually. If it’s way too sticky then add some almond flour and if it’s not sticking together add some water from the soaked fruits.
❆ Roll into balls – about 8-10 of them depends how big you like yer balls.. then roll them in coconut.
❆ Stick them on a baking tray and freeze them, then you can put them in a freezer bag and they’re ready for you when you are!
