1 cup Medjool Dates (soak first) about 7 big ones
1/4 cup Goji berries
1/2 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup Hemp seeds
1/4 cup Almond flour (or ground almonds0
1/4 cup Chia seeds (I recommend grinding them unless you like chia seeds in your teeth!)

Get out your Cuisinart blender and blend up the dates first. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend away until it’s a big ball rolling around in the blender. If it’s too sticky, add some more almond flour. Roll into about 12 balls and lay them on a cookie tray then send that into the freezer. Pop one back before your workout or ride and tell your friends to watch out since you are going… balls out!
