Make a bulk amount and scoop out what you need for your breakfast – add hot water – wait 2 minutes and there you have an easy, healthy and cheap breakfast that will last you till lunch!

Mix up the following ingredients in a tupperware or old honey bucket for storage:
1 cup Ground Chia Seeds
1 cup Buckwheat Groats, raw
1 cup Hemp Hearts
1 cup Quinoa Flakes (not grain but flakes)
1/4 cup Craisins
1/4 cup Goji Berries or raisins
1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds, raw
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Ground Ginger or ginger flakes (I like ginger)
You can start with smaller quantities at first to make sure you like it. Also you can substitute or add in extra nuts, seeds, dried fruit, etc.
I scoop out about 1/4 cup or less into a bowl, put just enough boiling water over to cover the dry stuff, stir and cover for a couple minutes. Add on top plain yogurt, maple syrup or homemade jam, granola and fresh fruit.
