3/4-1 cup pitted medjool dates soaked in water for 20mins (if they’re the stiff ones)
3/4 cup raw walnuts (or you can use pecans or cashews)
3/4 cup chopped dried fruit (any combination of apples, raisins, craisins, etc)
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
2 Tablespoons goji berries
2 Tablespoons chia seeds or hemp hearts 
2 Tablespoons ground flaxseeds
2 Tablespoons Inca Power Protein Powder* (or other neutral flavoured powder)
1/4 teaspoons cinnamon

*Inca Power is my own mix of 100% organic superfood powder, if you live locally I can get you some!

– In a food processor, combine the drained dates and nutes and pulse till the nuts are finely ground and the dates are all mixed in. Add all the remaining ingredients and process until well combined. It should be sticky. If it seems too dry, add a bit of water gradually until the mix starts to stick together. Roll ’em into balls and lay them on a tray for the freezer.
