• 4 cups of dates (if not medjool ones, you want to soak and drain the dry ones)
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup sunflower or sesame seeds
  • 4 tsp Tahini
  • dash of salt
  • coconut to roll them in 
  1. Soak dates in warm water until they rehydrate, then drain them. Unless you use medjool dates, you should be fine.
  2. Place all ingredients in your food processor or and process until mostly smooth,
  3. Roll ’em as big is you want them roll them in coconut
  4. Freeze on a tray then plop them into a big ziplock for future snacking!
