1 1/3 cup quick oats (GF if you’re celiac)
1/3 cup dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, or other)
1/3 cup dark chocolate chunks (optional, or more nuts)
1/3 cup chopped almonds, toasted
1/3 cup sunflower seeds or sesame seeds, toasted
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds, toasted
1/3 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard *the secret ingredient!!
1/3 cup honey
2/3 cup almond or peanut butter
1 tsp cinnamon
– Mix all the dry ingredients together in a big bowl
– In a pot mix together mustard and honey on low heat until it combines, then take it off the heat and mix in your nut butter and cinnamon
– Pour wet stuff over dry stuff and mix it all up
– Spread mixture in 8″ square pan. Lined with parchment paper
– Bake in over for 20 minutes at 350 until lightly toasted
– Cool then cut into squares and freeze for future snackin!
