Join Sweet Skills and Big Mountain Bike Adventures for a dream trip to Europe!
Get ready for an extraordinary experience in one of the most enchanting European destinations as we explore the Dalmatian Islands in the Adriatic Sea by bike and boat. In 2024, we’re thrilled to introduce our new Co-Ed E-mtb program for this Croatia trip.
During this adventure, we’ll have two distinct group rides. The first group is tailored for beginners, focusing mostly on gravel roads and inviting those who prefer a less technical experience, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the breathtaking sights and scenery while riding E-mountain bikes. While we may explore some gravel double tracks and easier single tracks as options, the primary focus will be on cruising along paved and gravel roads, making it a stress-free journey. The second group is designed for those with intermediate skills and will offer technical singletrack descents. Each day begins with paved and gravel roads, with the second group venturing onto more challenging trails. E-mtb’s are a part of the package for every rider on this trip.
Our private motor yacht serves as our home base, allowing you to unpack once and enjoy the turquoise sea as we move from one enchanting island to another. This is one of the most stunning European destinations accessible by boat, with serene island roads and breathtaking scenery that’s hard to surpass. Sweet Skills coaches will be by your side to provide coaching and support, ensuring you have the time of your life.
Our time on the boat is not merely about transit; we’ll savor gourmet meals on board, soak in the views from the deck, jump off the deck for swims in secluded coves, and even have the chance to try some paddleboarding.
Each day brings a new island adventure. We typically leave the boat in the morning for a full day of exploration, which may include lunch in a charming town midway through the ride or at the end. Enjoy swims in the crystal-clear sea and numerous stops for breathtaking photos. Each day’s ride begins with a climb as we depart from the dock, covering a considerable distance on quiet paved roads and gravel double tracks, before concluding with a descent on the opposite side of the island. Riding along the shoreline, pausing for gelato and a dip in the sea, and immersing in the local history are some of the daily highlights.
Skill Level: B-I Fitness Level 3+ *Ebikes included. Even though we are E-powered for all rides, the days are long and the mileage adds up so this trip still requires fitness and being used to riding for long hours. $3345 USD (land/boat costs) *includes E-bike rental and most meals. 25% deposit to book, payment will be with Big Mountain Bikes. Single supplements extra fee, please inquire.
