Enduro Racing Clinic with Flo Espineira

Enduro Racing Clinic with Flo Espineira

April 1, 2025

2024 clinic is all finished up – what a blast! We can’t wait for next year. Check back early 2025 for Spring 2025 dates.

Grab this incredible opportunity to spend the day with Flo Espineira, the Women’s E-EDR World Champion and enduro racing powerhouse! Flo is not only extremely talented but also kind-hearted, humble and is excited to share their wealth of knowledge with you as she supports you towards realizing your full potential on the bike.

This full-day clinic for advanced riders is designed to maximize your learning experience, featuring a perfect blend of skills coaching, racing strategies, and timed runs. We’ll ensure there’s ample time for discussions to prepare you for your next enduro race, ensuring you have the most enjoyable experience possible.

Kick off the morning with a warm-up session in the Pemberton pump track to fine-tune your body position. Then, we’ll hit the trails, focusing on maintaining strength and smoothness over technical sections, mastering body positioning for drops, and maximizing speed through corners. During our break, Flo will share tips on staying energized and focused throughout a long day on the bike, while also calming those racing nerves. Receive valuable insights on bike, body, and mind preparations for race day.

After recharging with a snack, we’ll head back up the hill for timed runs on a section of trail. Wrap up the session with a well-deserved après-ride celebration, complete with more Q&A opportunities and draw prizes.

Join us for an unforgettable day of learning, growth, and camaraderie at the Enduro Racing Clinic with Flo!

  • More Details

Meet up spot and reminder details on what to bring will be sent out at least 1 week in advance by email. For this Enduro clinic we’ll be meeting at the Pemberton Skills Park Pump Track.

Participants will be grouped together by their ability level in cases where we are more than 1 coach.  The questionnaire that you fill out during registration will guide us on where to place you. Please sign up for the appropriate clinic for your ability and don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. We do our best to match similar levels together, but given the nature of the sport there will always be some differences in ability and fitness levels within every group.  These differences can offer a great opportunity to peer learn – the most advanced rider can always benefit from ‘slowing down and getting back to basics’ and a less experienced rider can progress from riding with more advanced riders in a supportive environment.

Bike: Enduro or all-mountain bike in good working order with 150mm + travel. Protective Gear/Attire: The following is mandatory for this clinic; full-face enduro helmet (removable jaw is ideal), knee pads, and full finger gloves.  Elbow pads, and other protective gear not listed above are optional.  We highly recommend dressing in appropriate bike clothes for the weather that day, and packing/wearing extra layers just in case – we ride rain or shine! Participants must also also have a multi-tool to repair anything on their bike as well as tube, tire levers and pump.  *Please ride in shoes/compatible pedals that you normally ride in – this is not the time to be learning a new system. For example learning to ride clipped in or vice versa.

Please bring snacks and enough water to sustain you through this 3 hour session.

Each guest will be required to sign a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement at time of registration, prior to start of trip. Click here to view and fill in the online waiver at time of booking.  Participants are required to inform Sweet Skills of any allergies, medical conditions or injuries that might affect their riding or health and any medications taken.

Minimum required age is 18 for our camps and clinics. Requests can be made on a case-by-case basis. It’s recommended for youth between the ages of 14 and 18 to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
