Are you looking for an exotic, far-away adventure? Then get ready to fall in love with Morocco and everything it has to offer.
New for 2026! Sweet Skills has partnered with Big Mountain Bike Adventures to offer a co-ed mountain biking holiday to one of the world’s most exciting and culturally rich destinations.
The trip starts in Marrakech, a mesmerizing 1,000-year-old city where street life, history, and culture collide in vibrant harmony. As the sun sets, the legendary Jemaa el-Fnaa square will be explored—alive with musicians, street performers, food vendors, and artisans. It’s an unforgettable introduction to the heart and soul of Morocco.

The riding begins in the majestic Atlas Mountains, the highest mountain range in North Africa. Over six days, riders will explore a dramatic landscape on two wheels—riding desert singletrack and ancient dirt paths that wind through remote Berber villages. Rolling into a hidden mountain town that’s seen few tourists before, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped into another era.
Along the journey, warm greetings from local Berber children and villagers are often received—adding to the sense of welcome and authenticity. Evenings are spent under a canopy of stars, sipping mint tea or enjoying a cold beer, and snacking on local olives. One evening, the call to prayer may echo in the distance, creating a moment that feels truly magical.
Throughout the trip, Morocco’s top local guides will lead the rides, while Sweet Skills coaches will support riders with confidence-building tips and technique refinement. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your skills or simply soak in the surroundings, every detail has been carefully curated for an unforgettable experience.

8 days total / 6 days of guided mountain biking
Optional E-MTB rental for additional fee (limited availability – only med and large now avail)

There will be shuttle-assisted rides along with xc pedalling. Optional e-bike bikes to rent for those who need it ( first come/first serve, limited quantities). Expect a mix of fast, flowy desert singletrack, ancient footpaths connecting villages. Trails will have loose dirt, sand, rock gardens, and double-track for access. Forested areas with roots, rocky slopes with mild exposure, and longer descents (up to 20+ minutes). See Itinerary below for details on each day.

Skill Level: Intermediate (I-A). Fitness Level: 4–6
This trip is best suited for riders who have 3–4 years of consistent riding experience, are confident on most types of singletrack, and can handle blue-level technical terrain at minimum. Even with e-bike support, the accumulation of long days will be physically demanding. As with all our trips, the fitter you are, the more fun you’ll have.
